In enforcement law, one or more creditors of the debtor try to collect their receivables from the debtor's assets. However, in bankruptcy law, the principle that all creditors should be satisfied with the debtor's assets has been adopted.

In other words, all of the assets of the debtor that can be seized are allocated to pay the receivables of all creditors, whether or not they have followed up.
