BIOGRAPHY : 

Canan Kırbaç, one of the founding partners of Kırbaç Law Office, was born in Izmit in 1976. After completing her primary and secondary education in Ankara, she graduated from Private Arı High School in 1994 and Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1999. After completing her internship as a lawyer, she entered her professional life.

After working in her own office for 11 years, she founded Kırbaç Law Office with Att. Berkan KIRBAÇ in 2011. Canan Kırbaç served as the Chairman of the Ankara Bar Association Social Responsibility Projects Board between 2014-2016 and as a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Ankara Bar Association between 2019-2021. She taught as a lecturer at Çankaya University. There are expert certificates in the field of labor law, training certificate in the field of KVKK ( protection of personal data) , Mediation Expertise Certificates in Labor, Consumer, Commerce, Bank, İntellectual Property Rights, Construction, Health, Insurance Laws. Again, in the field of litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, it provides litigation follow-up in all civil cases among the working areas of our office, especially cases related to disputes arising from commercial contracts and the implementation of foreign arbitration decisions in Turkey, and arbitration and mediation services in alternative dispute resolutions.

It provides comprehensive services to companies in trade, business, contracts. She speaks English fluently and is married with 2 children.
